Position: Female Sales Executive

 

Responsibilities

-Follow up with sales enquiries
-Effectively manage new and existing client relationships
-Needs ability to multitask in fast paced environment
-Communicate with customers via telephone, SMS, emails and live chat
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

 

Ideal characteristics

-Should have strong interest in sales
-Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
-Strong organization and time management skills required
-Should possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills
-Must be outgoing, self motivated, and have a willingness to work with others
-More-than-average knowledge about the use of computers and the Internet
-BSc or HND in a relevant field -Basic sales experience and a good understanding of customer service a must

 

2. Software Developer


-Design, develop and maintain killer software features.
- Develop complex database driven applications.
- Ability to write Clean, Scalable and Fast performing code.
- Ability to interact in a positive, constructive way with the rest of the software development team.
- Supporting clients. (Then you will make a better software products by better understanding the clients need)
- You should have detailed knowledge of client-side technologies including AJAX, XHTML, CSS, DHTML and JavaScript, and how these impact upon issues such as accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

 

Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor degree in an Computer Science / Information System / Engineering Majors.
- Proficient in ASP / ASP.net / PHP programming with proven track record.
- Proficient in database-driven applications that use MS Access, MySQL & MS SQL.
- Proficient in JavaScript & CSS (XML or AJAX is a PLUS PLUS)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to complete projects quickly and accurately with little or no supervision.
- Be a team player willing to put in the extra effort to deploy high-quality software in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Big plus: Direct involvement in other e-commerce related applications

 

3. Customer Service Support

Serving customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Duties:

  • Taking cash from customers and assisting them to go online.

Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting

 

customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service, Banking & Reconciliation, Very good knowledge in MS Office Product, ICT Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Internet Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking and Good Interpersonal Skills.

Sound knowledge of Cyber Café Pro Server and Client preferable but not essential as Training will be given.

 

4. System Technicians

 

Maintains computing environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance.
Duties:
Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.


Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor.
Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
Maintaining System, Repairing, Terminating RJ45’s and Laying Network Cables.
Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.

 

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
System Administration, Developing Standards, LAN Knowledge, Proxy Servers, Training , Multi-tasking, On-Call, Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Maintenance, PC Hardware and Network Performance Tuning.
Sound knowledge of Cyber Café Pro Server and Client preferable but not essential as Training will be given.
