Mr Andrew Poku-Amankwah is the CEO of Micro Media Xtreme Group of Companies, comprising E@sy Link Internet, Spider Web Records and Centre for Computer Literacy & Information Technology (C-CLAIT) all in Ghana.

Prior to establishing these companies in Ghana he was the CEO of Amalgamated Business & Computer Training Solutions (ABC) in United Kingdom for over four years, training the registered unemployed people in Wandsworth Borough through an AZTEC program initiative.

Born in March, 7th 1964 in London, Andrew was sent to his native country Ghana with his younger brother Edward to learn the Ghanaian Culture and then started schooling until he successfully completed his ‘O’Level in 1981 and was sent back to Britain to further his education.  He then enrolled at Westminster College for further Education where he pursued Business & Finance then went to London College of Printing & Distributive of Trades to offer a course in Printing & Publishing Studies and later completed his BSc Hons in Computer Science in the same Institution and an Investment Management Certification.  He did not end there he later went to Southbank University to pursue a course in Artificial Intelligence.

Before founding this Company Andrew was the Admissions Co-ordinator at his alma mater prestigious Westminster College in Battersea, London SW11. He was responsible for the College Management Information System (CMIS), Testing & Interviewing prospective students, Accessing & enrolling International & Home students on to a course of their choice. Due to his panoptic skills and knowledge in IT he then became a visiting lecturer in both Westminster and South Thames College respectively.

Andrew worked as a Financial Consultant with General Portfolio and Financial Planning Services Ltd in Oxford Street, London for a period of 3 years then later became the group Supervisor.  His main job entails advising and planning client’s financial spectrum, arranging investments and mortgages etc. for clients and also giving the ‘best advice’ as required by the regulatory body Life Assurance & Unit Trust Organisation (LAUTRO).
